We may use your email address to send you account notifications (such as low balance notifications). We do not send newsletters, marketing or other promotional materials. You may opt out of receiving account notifications by simply removing your email address from your account.

Content

The primary purposes of our service is to transmit and receive your Content. This includes SMS messages that you send or receive using our platform and phone calls that you make or receive using our platform.

We store the content of SMS messages so that you can view this content. We delete this Content when you delete the message, when you delete the associated phone number or allow it to expire, or after 30 days – whichever comes first.

If you enable voicemail or recording features, we also store the content of phone calls which trigger these features. This Content is deleted when you delete the voicemail or recording, when you delete the associated phone number or allow it to expire, or after 30 days – whichever comes first.

Usage Data

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Usage Data").

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer or mobile device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and other diagnostic data.

We do not use any external tracking services, nor do we send your data to any third parties in order to process this Usage Data.
